In their new epic movie In The Heart Of The Sea, Thor himself Chris Hemsworth, Batman Begin’s Cillian Murphy, and soon-to-be Spider-Man Tom Holland star as whalers who leave their families behind for years to hunt whale oil in the great oceans.
So Metro.co.uk wondered if the boys knew each other as well as their characters (based on true seamen who lived to tell the tale of the giant whale who shipwrecked the Essex in 1820) would have.
And to be honest, they absolutely didn’t.
